We are in the process
of looking into NO TRESPASSING and/or PRIVATE PROPERTY signs and
barriers. In lieu of these postings and barriers not being up, anybody caught
trespassing on club grounds, parking lot, or the surrounding golf course will
be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. We have already notified the
King’s Crossing Homeowners Association along with the Corpus Christi Police
Department.
Kingsley Properties LP and all related entities will not be responsible
for any liability associated with people trespassing. Any unknown
vehicles in our parking lot will be towed away at the owner’s expense.
The Kings Crossing Golf Course has turned into a free for all. King’s
Crossing Golf & Country Club is and will remain private property until
further notice.
